Right after college, I took a summer job with the YMCA. This place was really cool; my co-workers were all international students. It was a blast. I'll never forget it. The pay was not great, but they provided housing, meals and provided a great environment for me to learn about other people and the world around me.

Disney World in Orlando Florida hires lots of college kids during the summer, pretty sure they have dorms or something similar.
