No but I did call information and ask them for the easter bunnys phone number in my best childs voice and they were actually very polite about it.

No, but I used to compile a list of "random" numbers to use in a marketing research firm for people to call and do a survey on. The way it was done was to measure down every inch or two in the phone book, write down the first 5 digits and then add the last two digits from a computer program on randomized 2-digit numbers.
