Maybe.
When I win a Solitaire game then the "SHOW"
at the end seems to speed up if I roll the mouse
around real quick.

No shaking your mouse won't make you computer go faster it's damaging to the mouse and you might have to trouble shoot such as cleaning out old files and/or determine that it's time to get a new computer since older computers tend to run slower over time. Try the options I suggest and if you've exhausted all hopes of getting your computer to run faster consider shopping for a new one.

No it don't change thing:(
The only thing you can possibly do is...limit the amount of programs starting with the boot up of windows, that is if you have a speed prob in that matter.
But again....mouse movements don't affect the speed of your PC.

no it wont speed it up. It will actually slow it down. You can check it yourself. do ctrl-alt delete then select task manager and select the performance tab.The graph shows how busy your computer is. Now, start waywing the mouse about and you will see the graph increase.

Personally before submitting a really stupid question, I would suggest checking for grammatical errors in said question. "If you wave YOU mouse.....?

No - if nothing is happenning, then there is nothing to be sped up.
Now, if something was happening, then moving your mouse would slow it down.
