In the UK this is the REAL law...forget the guessing!!
Speeding in PRIVATE car - 15 days plus 2 days to allow for postal disputes = 17 days from time of incident.
Speeding in COMPANY or LEASE vehicle - the above 17 days to lodge the INITIAL documentation WITH THE REGISTERED KEEPER, NOT the driver - thereafter 12 months for the offence to 'time out' - but it is unlikely that the company owner will protect you this long and will nominate you as the driver.
If it's a criminal fine - then normally the statute of limitations expires for laying charges after 3 years.

Your question is vague but yes there is a 14 day limit for issuing speeding fines if you weren't stopped at the time of the offense.

you could look on the interior of sight rules and notice - in many cases it calls for adequate nutrition, safeguard, and sparkling water. diverse human beings have diverse circumstances, and it would not sound in any respect like this canines is suffering - he may well be territorial, and of direction it may be astounding if he went out for walks and trip to a park or obedience club to be labored (and he would, you purely would possibly not know it...), he would not sound like an abuse case in any respect. My canines will bark aggressively if yet another canines or someone passes via on the comparable area as our domicile, yet they have very pleased lives with quite adequate care and goings on... animal cruelty has to do with maintaining animals in crates that are too small, and not in any respect permitting them to out of the crates, not feeding them effectively or throwing nutrition over a fence so as that they'd desire to combat one yet another for something they get, and leaving them out interior the climate with no risk-free place to get in from rain and chilly... This guy sounds very fortunate actually - he has somebody to guard, an a house to stay in, and as you assert gets universal food. No, no superb line here, purely a sort distinction is all.
