No. The queen and her ministers are not allowed to see the material that is used to make reports. when the Americans sent over spy satellite imagery the British Prime minister wasn't allowed to look at it only those who were vetted and passed by the Americans and needed to work on it were allowed to see it. The privy council only got to hear about it if the Americans thought they should know, the queen never gets a look in. She doesn't need to know. GCHQ has the same sort of policy.
