Casino's are often stuck with the same problem. People who gambled on credit and then refuse to pay when they lose. The casino's can't threaten or intimidate them without losing their licenses, so they send people to their workplace during work hours, to their front door in view of their neighbors etc. and they scream at them and call them deadbeat and demand payment until they embarass the person into paying. Personally, I would show up at their workplace and say in a loud voice "So explain to me why you havent paid yet, and when are you planning to? Are you trying to avoid paying? Are you a deadbeat? Do your friends and relatives know this about you?" Etc. until they buckle under the stress.

Be careful with that. The deadbeat could end up suing you for harassment, slander, etc. And definitely don't do anything regarding his employment. That's a sure way to get sued.

Good luck collecting from the scumbag.

I wouldn't do anything like that if I were you. You may be asking for more trouble than it is worth. Also, what kind of example would you be showing your kid if you stooped to the deadbeat's level.

The best thing that you can do is let your child know that you are the one that is taking care of them. They will not only appreciate you more, you just might have someone there to take care of you when you get old.

Yes. Go to the deadbeat parent's workplace and loudly exclaim that the deadbeat's child/children aren't eating well and can't get the things they need to live because said deadbeat is busy spending his childsupport money on drugs, hookers and liquor.

Wow, great example of being the mature parent here. Despite your anger and frustration over him not paying, you'd resort to unlawful ways which just ultimately discredit your stability as a caregiver. You're asking for a lawsuit and if he ever reads these replies, he's got some good fuel against you. Pretty nutty!

If he's not paying, and you've done the court angle, let it go,,there is nothing you can do,, spending your time on ways to show you "hate the bstard" is not productive and is crippling your life.. I mean this in the kindest way.. the guy is a smuck,, you know it, you're kid knows it, (or will at some point),, and you get wings in heaven for being a great mom who was always there for your kid.. trust me,,sometimes we have to just rise above the bs in our lives and press on.. life is unfair,, but we dont' have to chose to stay miserable about it. good luck!

dude, insert wives name here,, is that better, how about not harrassing me when I've honestly answered your question. You want everyone to agree to some illegal and malicious objectives you have about getting even, only to serve your anger towards the situation, but you fail to realize that this is an objective and opinionated answer/forum/entertainment, ... how about not jacking my email address and harassing me cause I chose to answer you question.. Trust me,, I'll never do it again, and I advice anyone not to even bother with this hatred filled, CRAZED NUT. Press on being a "role model",, you're a great example of what not to be like.....stay off my email.. otherwise this could get ugly..I was kewl to you,, chill!

I don't think they have specific stores with things, but what about a singing tell a gram...he/she thinks they are getting a good surprise at work/where ever.

Or flowers or cookie grams written in big letters FOR THE DEADBEAT or a baby bouquet that says Just to remind you , you have kid/kids...

Rent a bill board or leave a big sing on his car at work or at the grocery store.. Now don't go getting in trouble, leave it on big peices of poasterboard... Take an add out in a local paper... I usually charge for these ideas..

Here in north carolina those who are behind in child support are posted in the newspaper as well as have there face plastered on a TV - there is a special channel here for criminals.
