Definately when he was in the APA. Gotta love that protection agency and him and Farooq were funny too at times which was an added bonus.

JBL was a great heel. I didnt think he had it in him but he did great playing the rich oil Tycoon. He became a heel when Smackdown did not have anyone to push. Honestly I have more Respect for him being JBL then Bradshaw which was a non talking just beat em up charecter. When he is with JBL he gets to beat them up and talk smack
