In his lifetime Elvis' only concerts outside the United States were 5 shows, in 3 Canadian cities, of Metropolitan Vancouver.
August 31, 1957 - Elvis Presley performed one song at a packed Empire Stadium, left the stage when fans begin to battle with police. He returned to sing four more songs, none of which could be heard over the screaming.

Toronto, Canada on April 2, 1957,
8,000 to 15,000 persons jammed Maple Leaf Gardens last night as Elvis Presley gave his first and second Canadian shows. It was also one of the quietest and best-behaved audiences ever to watch Elvis in action. Members of the troupe said the whooping and hollering and shenanigans just didn't compare to what they had seen in other cities. He performed in a Matinee and Evening Show. To Read More:

I know the only country that Elvis was in outside of the U.S. was Germany, when he was in the army. Colonel Tom Parker didn't want him to tour outside the U.S. I know his last song was a gospel song. Here's something you'll like: http://members.tripod.com/~roykeen/index.html
