What is the easiest way to compare two spreadsheets in Mircrosoft Excel?

I'm trying to combine two spreadsheets to figure out which numbers appear on both (to see which are completed)

One spreadsheet has 1962 entries, the other 1620 entries. Is there an easy way to combine the two so that the numbers that match line up? Please help!

It's very good. It compares different files. On their site you can fine more info. I've been using it for a while. It's very good.

Copy and paste the data from one spreadsheet to the other.
