I will never understand why people ask a question about a "CAR" If you include some information about your car, such as; What is the year and model.
If it is an old car, with a Carb instead of fuel injection, your trouble may be improper mixture of fuel and air.
Also if it is an old car, the compression may be low, This item cannot be cured with a simple tune up.
If it is a newer car with fuel Injection et al.
it could be an Injector problem. Try an Injector clean up, It comes in a can and you pour it into your gas tank.
Otherwise, I don't know what to tell you, without more information.

How old is the car? If it has over 200,000 miles it may just be low compression. If a newer car then it could be a fuel flow problem, like a restricted fuel filter. Also if a newer car do not pump the accelerator, but turn the key on and wait a few seconds for the fuel pressure to build up then try to start.

you need to give more info year make and model of the car there are way to many things that can keep a car from not starting i seen someone tell you to go to autozone BAD IDEA they will only tell you what the scan says and tell you that you need that part 75% of the time a car will throw a code about a sensor and its not that sensor that is the problem example 02 sensor code can mean a lot autozone would tell you that you need an O2 sensor but the problem was a broken wire going to the sensor. Look in the phone book find a small time automotive shop and go talk to them about your car

My car clearly states that I must use 93 octane and above. Itried a middle grade once and my car did not respond well. Feed it some good gas and see what happens.
Use Exxon - Mobil, Shell, Sunoco or Amoco Premium.

Are you using the proper oil- check your owners manual. Sometimes it can be that the oil is to thick in cold temperatures. Check the viscosity of the oil.
