This Question Is A Bit Confusing And I Cant Explain It Properly?

The question is :-
Islamic 1st day of moon in U.A.E seems thin and the next day a bit fat but when the same moon is seen in Pakistan (which in islamic days is the 2nd day of U.A.E) it seems thin Why?
And i need an reasonable answer not silly Answer PLZ

I would think it is due to atmospheric conditions at the time.

i think its the time differance where the moon starts in pakistan and pakistns see it first and when the moon reaches uae it becomes little bigger
i am not sure about it
