There's a 70s movie that ends with a guy driving away from a crime. It seems that he's gotten away with it scot-free, but as he reads a letter from his victim he gets a little woozy. The letter ends with something like "By the time you read this you probably already feel faint. You'll be dead in less than an hour."

His victim put poison on the letter and murdered him from the grave.

What's the name of that movie?!

It is real similar to "The Mechanic" with Charles Bronson and Jan Michael Vincent. The only difference is after Bronson is poisoned by Vincent, he gets in Bronson's car and reads a note left by Bronson then the car explodes. I love that movie!!
