Internet dating is actually meant more for fun and not really quite sure if you can trust them. I personally find it very hard to trust someone I know online. Getting a real-life partner rather than a virtual one firsthand is quite tough, I may say and you need to have the guts and be brave when meeting up with them someday. You'll never know who they are, what they're up to and people can always tell lies online. They're free from telling lies or commiting any mischief behind the scenes, you see. I'm sure real friends can be found from people around you. Start to get knowing people around you, be friendly and open. Do not judge so fast and stay liberal. People don't normally like stuck-ups. Go out and widen your social cycles. Have more outdoor activities and I'm sure you'll have opportunites to meet new friends. Who knows, your potential gf might be one of them. Good luck.

U can find somebody on the internet but when u want 2 meet them in person then they start making excuses and other reasons not 2 c u.

in most cases, meeting people online turn out to be a really bad idea. don't go looking for friends or a gf. just meet people by chance. make friends by chance. even meeting a gf by chance is much more rewarding than desperately looking for one online.

during a conversation ask a bunch of questions and analize there answers.May not be a good thing to do but you myght want to judge them before you consider them your friend. Hope this helps. Peace.
