I have Hypnotize by System of A Down stuck in my head right now, and it won't go away either. All I can say is try listening to another song.

I have Hate Me by Blue October. To get a song out of your head listen to a totally different type of song and sing it real loud. This helps for me, of course you may get that song stuck too, so who knows.
