Anyone who "buys" something and dosent pay for it is a shmuck. Pay for it and resell it. Its so hard for anyone to get there money back from ebay for their listing. Ebay and Paypal dont do shite for the seller. Do the right thing. I HATE when people dont pay for things. Its totally a waste of time for me......By the way its not a Dell MP3 player is it? If it is- YOU SUCK! If not pay for it anyway.

say somthing along the lines of .. yeah, my son got on the computer and bought this.im not interested in this item, and was wondering if you could not charge me for this.im sooo sorry for the inconvenioce, and it wont happen again. once again im extrememly sorry
or somthing like that. if the dude has a son or has a heart, you can talk you way out of it. make it sound sad and a complete mistake. if all els fails say your mom died and you went on a buying frenzy to cope with the pain

just buy it then return it and ask for refund, just say it's not what you wanted! you just loos the shipping, may not be worth it though if you didn't spend much on the product
