Not a loser, but certainly in need of a change...Listen to me and listen good... You are grounded from your computer for the rest of the year except to do school work and related research! I am serious, don't cross me on this. I want you to go outside, that is where the big shinny ball is in the sky and talk to the two legged things called people. Most do not bite, but it is time to become social. You are to strike up at least one conversation with a stranger (male or female) every day. Go see what people do when they are not stuck at the end of a computer monitor...Football, laugh, swim, talk, shop, go out to eat. I am willing to bet that there are a bunch of girls at your school that would like to go get something to eat and just talk about stuff. Try asking one to go get something to eat. Not a date, not a commitment, just talk...tell her you are new at this and ask for some latitude...you will be surprised at all the neat stuff out there and how interesting people can be outside cyber space...REMEMBER, you are GROUNDED!!! Until 2007! Now GO!

it doesn't mean that you are a loser ! It just because that is the way you are. Be more social. I think if you could on the Yahoo Answer all the time and help people so then you are not a bad guy at all. Give yourself a try !

No you're not a loser. You're just dealing with some personal/emotional issues right now and maybe you're just a little bored right now. Nothing wrong with that. Things will get better for you as you start to open up and make new friends. So cheer up,I don't think you're a loser :-)

I don't think you are a loser. You seem to be rather young looking for your age. Go to a salon and ask a hair dresser for help. Having a woman give you a make over will help your outer self attract women, to your inner self. I hope things work out for you! Just remember have a woman dress you and cut your hair the way they think it should look and you will find a girl.

I have many friends.
I've been married 38 years, two children, two grandchildren.
I talk to girls - but that's all.......
I'm on Answers only in the evenings.
That must tell you something - get out and about........

sounds like a self esteem problem
having no friends, having never been on a date, and not being able to talk to girls doesn't make you a loser. Not doing anything about it does... Make Friends, go date, and learn to talk to girls. There is no other way to put this. If you're worried about making friends, buy beer (that wasn't a joke- this works really well). If you want a girlfriend, start making female friends and learn to talk to them. You should be thinking of these things yourself. You can't learn to talk to people if you don't talk to people...

This doesn't mean that it's the end of the world......You are in college to get a better life. You are where you need to be.....Friends will come. Get in a study group. Bible study. Girls like a motivated man who has aspiration just wait a little while longer.....She may be already looking at you and you haven't noticed.....Patience my dear.
