I'm a little confused with this question. Why does your ex have custody of your daughter. Your 16 year old daughter has her own home? Why aren't you more involved? You should either pay child support or give up your rights. I'm sorry, but no matter how you feel towards your ex, your daughter is entitled to child support from the absent parent. You need to make up your mind, you either want to be her mother, or you don't.

I agree with Faith, you've asked this 3 different ways. A person's sexual orientation isn't enough to get custody of a child, no matter if you feel it's gross. You didn't say he does these sexual activities in front of her,, and he's apparently got custody of her.. why don't you play support, the support is for your daughter, not to fund his sexual relationships. Geting too weird now!

YOUR SO FU*KED IN THE HEAD NO WONDER HE TURNED TO MEN LOL>> U HAVE ZERO CLUE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A MOTHER SIGN OVER RIGHTS TO YOUR DAUGHTER SHES BETTER OFF BEING RAISED BY A GAY MAN THAT ACTUALLY LOVES HER THEN AN IDIOT MOTHER LIKE U

Why would you abandon your daughter?? Fight for her in court and get custody.

You are concerned about the money, but you should be more concerned with your daughter.

Still the same question with one more detail, please explain yourself instead of asking 3 questions in a row. Just tell the whole story and maybe someone can help.

If he has custody of your daughter then yes you need to pay support. Would you not want him to pay if you had custody of her....And BTW, how come you don't have custody of her?

Tell him or her to kiss your rear end! As far as I can tell they don't have any rights.
