They are 100% safe... for water baloons!

Don't get the ones with spermicide though as those are slippery!

The only thing that is 100% never gonna happen fail proof is abstinence (i hope i spelled that right) don't have sex stay away from it at all cost that is the only way you will not get pregnant. Ok good idea the whole pulling out thing but what if the condom broke during sex and the pre-*** gets out then oh oh you're in trouble. I think condoms are like 98% safe could be more could be less but are definetly not 100% safe.

There is always a chance of getting pregnant. Condoms used correctly and with spermicide are said to be "almost" 100% safe. So be careful, and if you are really worried, tell him to keep his pants on!

If the condom stays on the guy when he pulls out then there is no chance of getting pregnant. If the condom slipps off of him then there is a chance that sperm can enter your vagina.

Condom packages state right on them that even if used properly, they are not 100% effective. That being said, I am newly pregnant (7 weeks) and my husband and I were using condoms faithfully! We're due in May.

Yes, there is still a chance. Just read the back of a condom box.

Condoms have a ten percent failure rate and there is such a thing as pre-ejaculate. There is only one 100% way to guarantee that you are not going to get pregnant and that is abstinence.

Condoms are very effective in preventing pregnancy and STDs. If he is pulling out close to ejaculation just be careful the condom doesn't slip off, spilling his ejaculate.

No matter what form of protection you use, none of them are 100% fool proof. I have gotten pregnant using protection. The only fool proof method is "Abstinence". Besides, if you are not responsible enough in this time and age of life to take care of a baby, you have no business getting busy. If you catch my drift. :)

just check that the condom is not ripped or broken, but then again the chance of getting pregnant is always there, be careful!

When used properly, condoms prevent pregnancy 98% of the time (see source).

Problem is people don't follow directions.
