Go to the block list, click their id, then press options-unblock.

if they are still in your list right click on it and choose unblock. if not, go in your preferences and go in the block list and remove the email from the list.

go into your preference.. in there there is a list of everyone you have blocked.. you can remove whomever you wish from this list..
