The presumption is that he has legal/physical custody of your daughter. So in this case you are still required to pay child support.
If the situation was that you had custody and she now lives with him, then he is required to petition the courts for reduction of child support.
If your daughter has moved out from her father and he eventually moved in with her, then you are still screwed. She is still living with her dad and unless you have a good attorney, the child support will continue.
If she has been emancipated, then she's considered an adult. So you can petition the courts to cancel child support.
If you gave more information, then the responses would have been tailored to your situation. You question did provide much information, so I hope this helps.

Yes you still pay child support. Your daughter is of the age where she can choose with which parent she lives with. Consult your attorney about this if she would like to live with you.

Who ever the child (under 18) is living with should be receiving the support from the absent parent, if there is no set amount, parent who has child can take absent parent to court and they will decide how much needs to be payed.

Child support is to help with the living expenses of a child, not for her feelings.
Think about it, if she was extremely happy, would you raise the child support?
Keep Paying.

What? I don't know what the question is, but I think that people should help support their own offspring because they want to and because it is the right thing to do. And not hold back finances because God-forbid life should be easier or more comfortable for the custodial parent....

If your husband has physical custody, it's your responsibility to pay child support. It would be the same if you had custody...you'd expect child support from your husband as well.

What is she embarrassed about, is this her real Dad and he has custody or is something else going on between the daughter and her stepfather. If it's her real dad, yes if he isn't call the cops.
