anything mint! pepperment patties, spearmint gum.. minty ice cream, suck on ice.. drink cold water...
anything chilly will help and stay away from hot stuff for a tad.
mints like certs or mint life savers... 8 oclock mints...
see where i'm getting at!
:D
if you love mint and cold things this is a great time to go nuts with that concept.

Yoghurt. Cold. Don't swallow for a bit, leave it in your mouth for as long as you can. Repeat. What in the world did you drink? Hard lesson to learn but I bet you won't do that again in a hurry.

Drink lots of ice water, hold each swallow in your mouth until it is no longer cold, then swallow and take another drink. It should take about twenty minutes of doing this to ease the sting.

yeah I know what you mean!! putting ice or anything else on it won't help..you just have cope with it, it will be ok in 1 2 days..but don't drink or eat anything too hot for now!

if u r indian and eat chapati then take a little ghee from ur chapati and apply on ur tongue.alternately apply glycerene on ur tongue
