HELP!!!!!!!What to do if my computer can't download anything?????????

I had a program REDJETDELUXE which was responsable for downloading everithing^: music, games///// But something went wrong and there is said that I just can't download anythink!!!!!!! What to do?

You may have to disable your firewall or ad blocker program.

go to start, all programs, accessories, tools, then system restore
let the computer restore your system to an earlier day this month , that should do it

thrre may be a virus
