I want to buy a new SILENT fan for my computer case but I don't know how many RPM is enough. I saw one that was supposed to be super-silent but it's only 1800 rpm. Any suggestions?

Usually the BIOS senses heat and will cause the fan to spin at the appropiate speed. It won't spin any faster than it has to.

1800 sounds like enough. You can check fan stats in your BIOS.

Buy at least three fans to fit inside your computer. That's what I have three fans. It keeps the insides cooler.
