To save a life in a real emergency, not a hospital setting. Just about anyone will save a friend or family member and I do think that's awesome but to save a stranger in a life death situation is the best thing a person could do.

I think the best thing a person can do is give life - in one way or another. Like a mother giving birth or a person donating an organ to save someone....something like that.
