we have been using that file and we also need to add windows 2000 or windows xp, so help someone.

That is a standard system file. Actually it is rundll32.exe in the newer systems-- it hasn't been rundll.exe since Windows 95 (I had to check) Don't mess with it. The fact that you are asking this tells me that you don't know enough. If you were using it in a script (which is the only thing I can see that you meant) here is a pretty good page on what you can use it for: http://www.ericphelps.com/batch/rundll/

FYI: rundll.exe is also used by a Trojan if it isn't in the right place.

most dll files r put or used from ur system32 folder under windows try copying or movin it there...

YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE USING IT
WIN2000 AND XP USE IT TO RUN DLL FILES
