Go to Google, type (for example) 'Masters degree (subject) UK' and you will get lots of information on courses offered by UK universities. Choose a university website and there you'll find all the information you require. Good luck in your studies!

1. short list the colleages you want to apply.
2. contact the colleages for catalog and application forms
3. gather all the documentation needed for admission and applicable fees etc.
4. get TOEFL (US or Canada) or IELT exams (for UK and Aussie)
5. get I-20 or acceptance letter from respective university.
6. Apply for visa

You should begin by looking at various sites of colleges. E-mail foreign student services at colleges of interest. I know that colleges in the US are expensive.
If I may suggest, I guess you are from India. Why would you want to go any place, when you have better education in India. I speak from experience.
