Similisan eye drops are the best I've ever used. They don't sting at all like some other ones I've tried, such as Clear Eyes. No side effects or return redness as long as you work on stopping whatever you're doing to create the redness in the first place. I mean if you sleep only two hours a night and expect to not get red eyes that's just silly.
You can find Similisan Eye drops at any health food or vitamin store. They have a few different ones. I always get the blue box because it's just for dry eyes rather than allergies. They were a must have during the summer when I was swimming every day!

The best way to get rid of eye redness is get lots of sleep and don't go out drinking late at night. At least that's what I have found to be true.

Get re-wetting drops at any pharmacy. It's natural, unlike other products such as Visine.
