What's worse: rape or murder? Personally I'd be sadder if my child (if I had one) was killed than if he/she was raped, although both would make me very sad.
On the other hand, for women especially, rape can essentially ruin their life, and destroy their self esteem.
I'd say murder's worse but rape is close.

Ive had someone in my family murdered and let me tell you, murder is worse, it tears the seems of the family like you wouldnt believe.
at least if someone was raped you can get counseling, murder is final. I pray none of you experience that

Murder is worse, but only by a hair. With murder, there's obviously no way to recover from it. But with rape, you have to deal with that nightmare for the rest of your life.

Murder. The victim can't come back from murder. You can get help to get over being raped.

No doubt murder. Rape is a heinous crime to but you will wake up the next day. If you are dead there is no recovery.

Murder in my opinon, however if one is raped they become a prisoner in their own mind...hard one.
