I suggest watching the movie: 30 Days about a guy who only eats McDonalds for 30 days.

Look at the places you just named! Do you have to ask yourself why? All they serve is high fat crap that's terrible for your body! I used to eat that junk a while ago but i starting eating Subway and i feel much healthier and better. They have some great tasting subs with 6 grams of fat or less compared to a Whopper or Big Mac which has 5 times that amount. Lots of healthy veggies to pile on your sandwich too. Try it!

Probably from all the grease the food contains. Hamburger is very greasy, take a cooked patty and put it on a paper towel and see how much grease remains after you remove the burger, and the fries the same thing. Think about it, and go eat somewhere else, or get a salad.

Because, there's nothing like a fresh cooked home meal. Fast food tastes good. However, don't eat it more than twice a week.
I feel the same after eating any style of fast food. Eat more at home or in better restaurants, it's going to cost you more but you are what you eat.
Good health & stay well.

All these restaurants have one thing in common. Their food is loaded with a product called MSG or monosodium glutamate. It can cause a variety of symptoms not limited to nausea, headaches, diarrhea, vomitting, hives etc. It works by being absorbed thru your tongue and going straight to your brain, telling your brain that ,what is in your mouth tastes great. Only problem is, it doesn't! This is used primarily in items that are of low quality food and nutrients, and the only way to get you to eat more is to trick your brain into thinking it is delicious. Read labels and research it on the internet, there is lots of info out on the dangers of this food additive.

Because your body does not need all the grease that is in their foods. That actually goes for every one including me. We are a culture that is basically becoming hooked on fast foods because it is quick, easy and you do not have to cook. I have taken a break recently from eating fast food and my body actually felt better than when I was eating it.

the food fisrt of all has alot of preservatives and additives that you don;t usually find in fresh food. But for me- it's the cheese and mayo- when ever I eat at these restaurants I try to avoid this stuff because of the way it makes me feel after eating it.
and it may also be the oil they fry their food in- again it may not be the same blend that you would use at home, which your body is not use to or can tollerate.

Fast food is loaded with all kinds of bad-for-you stuff like trans fat, saturated fat, high fructose corn syrup, salt; the list goes on and on. It's really not healthy to get your meals from fast food joints, and I'm guessing you feel like crap because your body is telling you it doesn't like the garbage you're putting into it...

Probably because fast foods have a lot of grease in most of their selections,no matter what they tell you. They also have additives which might not sit well with you. I don't eat "fast foods" for that very reason.
