how do i remove the hardened sap without losing paint as well???? i hear its tough. any suggestions?

That really sucks. You may be able to remove it but alot of times the tint of your paint changes slightly or there is a mark left behind that is noticeable. My advice is to get a car cover and keep it in th back of your trunk.

Get some kind of cleaner it aint that hard if you do it right. Use a squeegie or however ya spell it.

Your parking your' auto under a tree, right?
Take it to a proffesional auto wash. Then park your' auto in another parking space!!

I use butter to get it off my hands and it works really well...It is worth a shot and it will not hurt your paint.

two ways, WD-40, or spray it with diesel fuel and make sure you wash it well afterwards
