My customers use my services monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. I also have customers that call me every 4 months. How is that stated in relation to the above? I can't figure out how to word it without saying - "every four months".

The word triannually will work, but is ambiguous because it can also mean once every three years. So your best bet is really to keep saying "every four months," which is clear and understood by everyone.

Acutally there's no word for 1/3. 1/2 is half and 1/4 is quarterly. So quarterly is every 3 months. Tri-annually means ones every 3 years. so your best bet is, every four months, or every 16 weeks. If it's academic year, you can use trimester.
