Keihl's has a great shaving cream - it sooths and really helped me with razor burn. It costs $15 a tube.

Hi, I can recommend a product that my husband has been using for the past few months. It is from a company called Arbonne and it is their shaving lotion in their men's line. Since he has been using it he doesn't get the bumps anymore and his neck doesn't itch anymore. im not sure, but try womens shave gel it makes ur skin soft and it shouldnt cause razor burn.
im not sure though so dont get angry if it doesnt work...
