Greenwood, Archer and Pine; the Black business district in Tulsa, Oklahoma up until the time of Urban Removal. I haven't been to Tulsa in several years, but it is my understanding that there has been a push to restore the area.

Gap wasn't an acronym.
It was because they wanted to fill the 'gap' between Sly Stone and P-Funk.
Or so I thought.
Smokeeater's right.
