It sounds sappy but I like when Wonka flips out near the end & yells at Charlie & Grandpa b/c they broke the rules, throwing them out. Grandpa says, "That guy wants an ever-lasting gob-stopper, he'll get one!" Then Charlie in a completely selfless act silently returns it to Wonka and leaves.... of course we all know that's what wins it for him. I remember almost crying for the kid when I 1st saw it as a child.
Today when I watch it, it still makes me feel like there is at least some good in this hateful world we live in.

There are 2 separate video clips. the 1st one, made interior the early Nineteen Seventies with Gene Wilder, is termed "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate production unit." the 2d action picture, made some years in the past with Johnny Depp, has the comparable identify simply by fact the e book via Roald Dahl, that's "Charlie & The Chocolate production unit." It relies upon on which action picture i'm relating as to what identify I say.

I only know the remake but I love the part where the kids meet Willy Wonka for the first time and theres the big display and he's behind them watching it too. That and when he goes 'you're really weird...' so funny :D

You know I loved everything about the remake. I thought I was going to hate it, but Johnny Depp is a genius. The only thing I didn't like was the Oompa Loompas looked fake. But the original and the remake were both enjoyable.

My favorite scene in the remake with Johnny Depp is the part where Violet swells up like a blueberry and everyone slowly starts to back away from her.

the book - the songs about each kid (they used the lyrics in the remake)
the movie with gene wilder - the scene when they first get into where all the edibles are and he sings (i love that song! i hum it to my son to get him to go to sleep)
the movie with depp - the scene with the animatronics - the whole scene from beginning to when he says "good morning starshine, the earth says hello!" the squirrel scene is a very close second.

The original w/ Gene Wilder...the scene in the factory where you can eat everything. I would love one of those giant gummy bears.

In both movies, I like Willy Wonka's entrance. In the old one, it's just classic. In the new one, I like the fire and insane puppets.

I loved the one with Johnny Depp...I think my favorite part of the movie is when the little girl is trying to take a squirrel and Willie says "Don't touch that squirrel's nuts!!"...it makes me laugh every time.
