I hope this was a typo and you want glamor not glamour. Glamour refers to nudity, glamor refers to class.

"Roses and Ivory"
For glamorous vintage makeup, (20's-40's generic) get a true red lipstick, black eyeliner and mascara, natural shades with a pink undertone for eye shadow, and go with a blush that's slightly pinker than your natural tones. It's a hard look to pull off for everyday wear. It looks very mature, and very heavy. But it can be a geat look for formals and evenings.

"Peaches and Cream"
It's a softer version of the same thing, with less dramatic color. Lips are done in a pinkish-peachy color. Mascara and liner are black or brown/black depending on how bold you want your eyes to look. The eye shadow is natural with peach undertones. The blush is done with peach undertones. It's softer and more romantic look, and it's very easy to pull off for everyday wear. It's slightly more color than a natural look without going too harsh in the sunlight.

Good Luck!

The vintage look that many are doing like Gwyen Stefanie and Christina A are doing are the thirties look. Blonde bomshells with fire engine red lipstick. AS A 16 YEAR OLD DO NOT DO THIS LOOK IT IS TOO MUCH!!! Try fall neutral colors MAC has great products and NARS is really great a little over priced but well worth it.

Yes, I agree, go with red lipstick and played down eyes. If you are younger just go for a toned down shade of red, there are many out there, just do not do fire engine red, as stated above. Add fake eyelashes for a dramatic look on the eyes, with black liquid eyeliner fanned up at the corners, kitty kat style.

use black liner and make a cat look and light red gloss. with light pink blush. Try Maybeline Matte Mousse in whipped strawberries for blush.

I used to wear pretty blue eyeliner and just a hint of blue eyeshadow ,but that was when I was 13 or 14. Have fun with it!
