You have a moisture problem. TOO much humidity in the house. If a/c is working correctly, the moisture would be removed from the house.

Purchase some long pipe cleaners to clean out the tubes. Then pour some bleach down them to kill the bacteria/mold. A/C shouldn't have turned off just because pan got full. Other problems are there. Good luck.

You can pour bleach in the drain pan. This will kill the guck that accumulates in it and the drain line. The mold on the vents is moisture problem. You may want to look into getting a dehumidifier and run that in your house. Depending on how big the house is, you may need more that one. Clean the vents with a solution made for removing mold and check regularly.

It is a common cause for mold to build and for the drip pan to over flow. They do sell tablets that are made to kill off and prevent the mold from growing. They are usuall yfound in the HVAC dept at any Home Improvement store.BUT,you will be hard pressed to find them this time of year.( I worked that dept for Lowes)
You can use bleech in the mean time.
