Bind as in book binding? Elmers glue does it best. Put a heavy weight on top of your neatly stacked paper, using a small brush or even a finger apply evenly Elmers glue on one side (usually the left side of the paper). You'll know when its done when the creamly white glue turns transparent.

I agree with the other poster....Elmer's glue. You can also add a scrap of fabric on top of the glue to give it a little more security. That way when you open it, it won't break the spine and separate.
