think about it this way..if u buy a cd for 12.99..or 20.00...
and ends up getting scratched..u rather have the burn cd scratched..cuz waste of money to buy cd than it ends up skipping..

I bought Lupe Fiasco's CD yesterday and honestly I thought to myself that it was the first CD that I have bought in years. It felt good to do this. I did it mainly because we are both from chicago and I wanted to support him.

I don't download. yet. i am getting an mp3 for christmas, so, but sometimes its just better to get CDs. say you love every song by this one artist, then get the cd then having to download them all. But on the other hand, if you go to a website that lets you download songs for cheap, the cd may be more expensive. so your right, people only download these days mostly for convience and money and beacause everyone has one etc. Cds are definetly out of style.

Yes,I buy CD's all the time.I'm more concerned about sound quality and helping the musician than how many songs I have.I also buy Super Audio CD's and DVD Audio's when I can.In fact, I just bought Tom Petty's latest CD called Highway Companion. It's pretty good.

I only buy CD's because I live in an area where DSL and Cable aren't available. If I wanted to download a song it would take 4 hours b/c of my crappy dial up. F*CK AOL!

I do, because I hate DRM. I'm willing to put up with the extra hassle to know, for sure and certain, that I will be able to put that music, that I've legitimately paid for, on whatever playback device I want.
