If you don't want to take drugs, you can try those motion-sickness wrsitbands. They took the edge off for me when I was pregnant. Morning sickness sucks; it's not really just "morning." If you have it, you'll probably have it for the first trimester. It will end and your second trimester will feel great. You could also try "weird" foods. I read a morning sickness book that suggested that you eat what you can. For me, vegetables dipped in vinegar worked with one pregnancy. Lemonade and potato chips worked with another. Just try to get some nutrition and eat small bits frequently. Take your vitamin before bed, to reduce the upset stomach it may cause. True, that an empty stomach makes it worse.

when i was pregnant my doctor gave me phenagan for my nausea and vomiting so ask your doctor about it and try saltine crackers and warm ginger-ale to put something on your stomach also try to figure out what part of day your stomach feels less upset then try to eat something light without a lot of seasoning or grease or too sweet don't put ice cold things on your stomach either and try to just lie down and relax as much as possible i hope you are feeling better soon and congrats on the new one god bless

Congrats !!! Try something safe like toast with a little bit of jelly if you can stomach it. This a phase it sounds like you are in your first trimester. Believe me this will pass. If you can handle salad or toast or broth fat free pudding or jello try that. If you can stomach fruits like peaches or apples try that as well.

Could be your prenatal vitamins. Crackers and dry toast worked for me. If you are in your 1st trimester this problem should go away. Check with your doctors.

Try raw foods, like vegetables and fruits. Sandwiches made with peanut butter or meat/cheese that have minimal scent.

well, i'm told to eat cold foods, they dont have as much aroma. drink ginger ale, and eat saltine crackers. snack on crackers all the time and dont let yourself get hungry, it makes the nausea worse.
