My phone often just never receives text messages I know have been sent to me. Often, people never receive texts I know I've sent them. Its battery life sucks, and it will occasionally just turn off for no reason. It's a nice newish phone (I've had it since April), Verizon LG. I know the provider matters in things like this, but does the actual phone matter? Like if I got a new (more expensive/better) phone and kept Verizon, would it do better?

the phone it self does not matter how much reception you recieve. it's the network. gsm phone's get better reception in general.... this would be your cingular/tmobile. verizon's network is supposed to be ok. honestly though i would get on the gsm train if i were you. the partnetership between cingular and tmobile's towers allow you to have better reception. as far as not recieving txt you need to call your customer support about that. also, sounds like you have a prob with your phone in general. turning on and off can be a sign of shock damage ( did you drop it) or water damage. .

Yes, each phone is just a little bit different then the next one. Because each component of the phone is different as it's put onto the circuit board and soldered into place. Just a little bit more or less of solder on the board will make a slight difference. Just like snowflakes each one is just a bit different. The differences may be imperceptible but it's there.

LG (lucky goldstar) has been peddling phones and such implying that it's logo stands for life's good, well maybe life is, but lg is crap, they made cheap microwave ovens years ago and usually their products are cheap crap.it's probably the phone and not the service. I had verizon until I changed to t-mobile and even though verizon is crooks, their service is fairly reliable. better than my current t-mobile, I like t-mobile customer service much better, you couldn't ask for better.

inspite of once you're foreign places, peoples trash will contain scrap so in case you get into the trash hauling company then you certainly actually can get scrap for unfastened on the comparable time as charging your purchasers for hauling away their trash.
