The odors are there from the moisture. You will have to purchase dehumidifier and let it run constantly. Also, check for any type of leaks or seepage on the walls. You'd have to get a 5 gallon bucket of baking soda to make any difference in area that big.

Charcoal absorbs orders, put charcoal in a couple of buckets around your basement, the orders will be gone in a few days. This has got me best answer two other times.
