There are a lot of non-verbal clues. The one that is most obvious is the lack of eye contact.

I look for these sign for when I think they are lying:
Not looking at me and not able to make eye contact.
The one lying to me is fidgeting not able to sit or stand still.
If they try to change the subject to something else.
When they are speaking they stutter or have long pauses because they are trying to come up with a good lie.
The color of the skin on the face changes slightly and they perspire more.

I worked for a psychologist that would interview serial rapists (nice, huh?) and she said that they would look to the left if they were lying.

Lack of eye contact, fiddling with their finger, playing with hair, looking to the left they already are lied to your face to your face looking to the right trying to think of something to say.

Judge Judy says she can tell by looking at your eyes while you are talking. Sounds right to me.

just hear his heart pumpin fast nd stare into his/her eyes.nd if he tries to get away check his tremblin voice.but this won't work to an lying actor like me

thay wont look u in the eyes and thay attened to stutter and thay also attened to be a little jittery
