We have means to make this happen. But it has never been done before why? You are trick at this point in thinking this is where you get too play a role in Democracy!

Agreed. This isn't as much of a democracy as people think. It probably isn't much of one period. Our media is controlled by the gov. People don't know that. Bills are passed and decisions are made to benefit the elite of this country. The second richest man in the world said the tax cuts have benefited his class the most. That is why you see middle America slowly disappearing. Can we see if our vote really counted- heck no. The Ohio machines that gave Bush that push last election were all Republican owned. WOW. In the districts where there were a majority of democrats in Ohio in the last election, they only put a couple of voting machines at the polls. This made the lines to vote extremely long and after a certain time they cut off the voting. So many democratic voters did not get to vote- like in Florida. There are always ways to make things happen when you have no honor to other human beings.

When you go to vote all you have to do is ask them for your vote #. They can write it down on a form that has a website address on it. You can get on the website and check to see if your vote counted.

I think that as your paper ballot is counted it should also be recorded to a database made excessable to the voter to check for errors.
