Honey, it's a BIG club of people who don't want to work and aren't rich. If you don't work, you can't afford to feed yourself, so there isn't much you can do about that. So you have two choices: (1) You can be miserable and whine about how you don't want to work, or (2) You can make the best of it and be thankful for what you have. Being a poverty-stricken American or Brit still makes you better off than 95% of the people on the planet.

There is no big secret here, but if you really want to win the game you need to find a job that you LOVE to do and is your PASSION in life. That way it doesn't feel like such a drudgery and work isn't on your list of worst four-letter words. Just remember that there are certain things that you HAVE to do in order to do the things that you WANT to do...

I don't think it's possible because with conformity comes human values which applaud one who acquires wealth through hard work and condems the lazy who become rich through devious means.
There is no secret;either you go along with the positive standards approved by society or you become a rebel.

Hello; Well am not sure about getting rich without working. You have to work at a lot of things, Love, life, friends, money happiness, everything. There is no rule about conforming to society,be yourself, just never hurt people,to get what you want.We all must pay bills, rent or mortgage, car, taxes, this is life as we know it. It is up to you how your life takes shape. You have choices, but remember- Action-reaction, so choose wisely.

You don't have to conform to society, but you don't want to be on the bad side of society (extreme sides of society- mainly completly isolated introverts)
The secret is to be yourself and not care what people think about you, you will find that life is much easiere that way, not having to care about other people, and you may find your way through society to the place you want to be. Just... do it according to the law

The secret is to get rid of desire. Most suffering is caused by the desire to have something that you can't get. Eliminate that desire to "be rich" and you are partway to living a good life. There are infinitely more things that can enrich your life besides money. The old saying "The best things in life are free." is not that far off the mark.

It depends on your idea of what a good life is. You could buy a motor home and move onto a small plot of land and have a garden, raise some beef, maybe a couple of chickens. Can and preserve your meats and veggies, churn your own butter, etc...
My idea of a good life is to get my own little place and make it a home. Some flowers, good food, friends, a place to be comfortable with my man. A place for my cats and dog, and kid, when she visits. I dont feel like I want alot, but since I got divorced, I can see settling down with someone I WANT to get old with. I am slowing down too, in my old age. So what you want now and what you want later could be two different things.
Peace~

Absolutely....in fact, depending on the society in which you live, conforming to that society could make it impossible to live a good life.

i had a problem when i moved from the diverse culture of my home town to cowboy country, while talking to my dad one time about conforming he told me he would send me something that would help maby it will help u too. it is a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson." you know not what a rich realm you abdicate when you deem to conform" i still live in cowboy country but after 27 years i am still the crazy headbanger i have always been, and people except me as i am because i except most of them as thay are.

You don't have to conform to society to live a good life, but you always have to work, even if it is hunting and gathering.

You should be glad that you do have an EMPLOYMENT. We just celebrated LABOR DAY! That is a very "weird" wish.
I do not know what you consider "rich". God gave us all what we need in life! I am blessed with the things I need in life, I do not want to be "financially" rich, or "materialistic" rich, I want to be "spiritually" rich. We all born with nothing and we die with nothing.
