Ha!!! You are not alone. A quite area to study can help. What I have done is after each 2-3 paragraphs, I stop and ask myself; "What did I just read"? If I cannot answer this question I go back a read it again. In time it has helped me to focus more.

i have same prob. just try to get it over with if it's homework, if not, force urself, or put on soft music, or have people to study with.
