Organizational Help?

I am trying to assist my supervisor in becoming more organized, and I know what I need to do to but how do I assist him and show him what he needs to do?

Put what you can on the computer and make sure he knows how to access them. get file folders and cabinets and plastic stackers and LABEL everything

there are proffessional classes on almost each subject and in every country. arrange such training for him.her.
