I think that penis size is based on genetics. There are many men that want to increase their size. Since the penis is an organ, it cannot really increase in size once one becomes an adult. It is like trying to increase the size of an organ such as the liver or the small intestines.
Bottom line is that you are born either a small or large one.

The average size is small. Its their nature. Like breasts. Some are non-existant almost,some are incredibly hige. Some full,some thin. Mens penises can be short,thin,thick,long,curvy,straight,circumcised or not. Its no big deal. Theres a penis for every1.

its all about genetics, if the babys moms dad had a small one and then the babys dad has a small one its most likely going to wind up with a small one. dominant vs recessive genes.
