It's called: sixty seconds to what? Composed and Conducted by Ennio morricone, which is on the original soundtrack LP record taken from the film A fistful of dollars. hope this helps.

The watch was used by Lee Van Clief in( A Few Dollars More ), not a fistfull of dollars. Indio had the second watch and both of them came into play at the final showdown.

Actually, "Miserable ..." (the first answer) got it wrong. It's not: "Dum dum de dum - dum dum de dum". It's "Dum dum de dum dum de dum dum ..."
