The tube is sized by the rim size, i.e. a 15 inch rim uses 15" tube. However, as said earlier most tires are tubeless and do not need a tube. In fact it is a bad idea to use a tube in a tubeless tire, as the tire will run hotter and the internal tubeless design is not intented to be used with a tube and may void all warranties.

If your tires are 12, or 13 or 14 or 15 or 16. then you get the tube the same size as the tire!!

The rim size will need to be exact, i.e., 14" 15" etc. However if I remember correctly, one size tube will usually cover a coupla different sizes, i.e. 195, 205 etc.

99.9% of all tires are tubeless these days. If you want to use a tube, ask what size you will need at a good tire shop.
