Leave it, it means that the tank is cycling. You are seeing an bacteria bloom. When it clears up in another day or two, change 15% of the water, wait a day and if ther isn't another bloom, you can add a couple of fish, or move the filter to the other tank to increase the speed of the cycling in that tank. (it takes a lot longer when there is nothing in the tank to cycle).
Here is a really good site on fishless cycling

the cloudyness of a tank is the new bacteria forming. Certain bacteria form to take out the ammonia in the tank, these bacteria then turn the ammonia into nitrItes, and then another type of bacteria form to turn the nitrItes into nitrates.
Both ammonia and nitrItes are harmful to fish and most likely lead to death.
Right now I am fishless cycling my tank, which you should look into.

The filter should take that crap out of the water...give it a few days and see what happens. If it doesn't clear in a couple days then try some kind of clarifier that's designed for aquariums....did you wash the gravel before you put it in? That sometimes has dirt and stuff in it.

The cloudiness in your tank is most likely from the new rocks you put in.

Did you start doing a fishless cycle so it's ready for your fish? Here is how to do one in case you were not aware...

first of all you don,t put stones in a tank without washing them first, as the blue stones has a dye in them so you must wash them, did you also rinse your charcoal out as that also has to be rinsed, try that and see what happens

Boil everything that goes in, the rocks, the plants everything. Your fish will never survive, otherwise. Aquariums suck.
